Psychotherapy — is a process of a co-work with the psychotherapist for restoring mental and emotional state. Psychotherapy is also used to cope with elevated stress levels and for support in times of hardship, e.g. after job loss or divorce.
There is an opinion that only mentally ill people turn to a psychotherapist. This is not true. Psychiatrists deal with severe mental disorders and their main tool is medicines. The psychotherapist is usually approached by healthy people who want to cope with sadness, depression, feelings of helplessness, get rid of fears and anxieties, improve relationships with people, that is, get rid of problems that prevent them from living fully. I do not use medications in my practice and relying solely on drug-free methods.
At the end of therapy, the patient often not only copes with his problems but also acquires new skills that make it easier to cope with the difficulties that arise in the future. The decision to turn to a psychotherapist can be the first step to a better version of yourself.
Human behavior flows from three main sources: desire, emotion, and knowledge.
What do I treat?
Most often people come to me when they suffer from depression, anxiety, fear or panic attacks. My biggest expertise is in dealing with depression and panic attacks. Over the years of practice I have developed my own methods in this field that provide good results. I am also often addressed in connection with difficulties in the family and at work, while experiencing the loss of loved ones. As a mother of a child with special needs, I know from my own experience what difficulties parents of special children experience. In addition to individual work with such parents, I organize group sessions. The charity foundation “Be with me”, founded by me, took part in the creation of the children’s educational center “Rozmovlyayko”. Its purpose is to help children with speech disorders.
Gestalt therapy is an approach in psychotherapy that allows patients to focus on the present and understand what is happening in their life right now and not perceive what is happening from past experience. Gestalt therapy emphasizes the importance of living in the present, taking responsibility for your life, and also aims to work with “unfinished tasks” that create problems in the present. An important part of the process of gestalt therapy is working with human needs, their implementation for continuous growth and personal development. This type of psychotherapy can be used both short-term and long-term, depending on the needs and complexity of the problem. Often, those who face life problems, are hesitant to contact a psychotherapist. Gestalt therapy may be the best answer in such cases, as it is the least intrusive for the patient and is based on compassion and empathy.
How does the therapy work
Working with a patient begins with an initial meeting, which allows you to find out whether there is a need for therapy and in what direction it is worth working to resolve the problem. On average, consultation lasts 50-60 minutes. Therapy usually lasts from 10 sessions. The best effect is achieved with weekly consultations, thus the whole therapy lasts from several months. Sometimes it can be several years when there is a good response of the patient to therapy, which allows to constantly improve quality of life over a long period of time. For some, gestalt therapy becomes a permanent source of energy and resources. Consultation can be held in person as well as remotely using Skype. In addition to individual meetings, I conduct group seminars on the topics of psychotherapy and the psychology of money. The schedule can be found in the “Programs” section of this site.
Price of sessions
One consultation costs 100 euros.
Questions and answers
The very existence of such a question is usually an indicator that a person is ready for certain changes in life, or at least is considering the possibility of improving certain aspects of his life. Therapy is most productive if the person understands that the difficulties in life will not go anywhere if nothing is changed.
One session usually lasts about 50 minutes. The duration of therapy may vary widely. If there really is a need for therapy, it can last for a couple of months or even several years. Often patients feel that improvements come much faster than they expected. But at the same time, they may feel that there are other interrelated aspects on which they would also like to work and get the same effect.
In Geshatlt therapy, the emphasis is on analyzing the analysis of the situation in the present, while not denying that everything takes its origin in the past and seeks for further development. The key is the ability of a person to be aware of himself and his dominant need at the moment. Gestalt therapist pays attention not so much to reason and logic as to individual living experiences; he works not on overcoming resistances, but on their awareness, since resistances can be not only pathological, but also healthy, necessary for psychological balance. The therapist is often not neutral to the client, but is involved in a relationship with the client, shows controlled participation, uses conscious self-disclosure. He does not interpret, but together with the client every time he searches and discovers the new.
You can contact in any way convenient for you, all contact details are in the Contacts section.
Therapy involves creating a safe environment based on trust. Therefore, both the entire session content and the very fact of therapy are confidential. If you have concerns about confidentiality, this question can be raised at any time of communicating with the therapist.
First of all after how it feels. During work, you should feel that this specialist can help you. Of the formal features: education, work experience, the articles on specialization, the number of hours of personal therapy. If the specialist with whom you work does not suit you, it does not mean at all that therapy in general cannot help you. In this case, it makes sense to find another specialist.
Studies on the effectiveness of therapy depending on the gender of the therapist and the patient have not revealed any effect to date. Factors such as empathy and sensitivity are much more important than the gender of the therapist.
The psychologist is a specialist with an education in the field of psychology, engaged in the scientific study of the human psyche. Psychologists can work in universities, in factories, in schools or hospitals. Usually, these specialists work together with representatives of other medical specialties. The psychiatrist is a doctor, has a higher medical education. The psychiatrist is engaged in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation of mental illnesses. For treatment, the psychiatrist uses medications first. The psychotherapist also deals with the treatment of mental disorders. But if a psychiatrist gives preference to drugs and deals primarily with severe mental illnesses, the psychotherapist deals with lighter as well as with borderline conditions (a person is ill, but it cannot be called a disease). The main tool of the psychotherapist is the word.
In the treatment of disorders, both psychotherapy and various medications can be used. At the same time, medications are prescribed mainly for serious mental disorders of a biological nature, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and so on. I do not use medications in my practice.
In this case, warn about this one day before and we will reassign the session.
Tatiana, thank you for the interesting and useful advice for me, and opening one more of my sides! I am full of energy and ready for action !!! ))) Special thanks for the professionalism and sensitivity!
I am very glad that I decided to try. Tanya helped to take a fresh look at my situation and see the spots that stop me. It never ceases to amaze me, the work of the field, because in a short period of time between our session and writing this review, I had clients who signed up for a consultation at a new price. The obstacles are in our heads, and not in the surrounding world, which I am convinced in this once again.
Your attention and work were important for me, and also the experience of interacting with you! Our meeting — opened access to the strength) and shook up) Thank you! Amazed! Lots of respect!
I did not think that it would be so difficult to put in a few sentences my impressions and thanks to Tania Yevtushok for working as a financial coach. Relationship with money is very intimate, but it’s scary and embarrassing to not only work on this topic, but to entrust someone with a sincere story about their difficulties, limitations, worries, loans, fear of poverty and so on. I am extremely glad that I took the risk and went to study the psychological aspects of the relationship with money, and also that Tanya was my teacher, mentor and therapist. Tanya, thank you for the cool work with monetary settings, for all the tasks that you developed, for the soft and powerful support of me and my future projects. Our sessions opened up a new world for me, in terms of future development and income. I grew up psychologically in matters of money, I like this responsibility and I am inspired by this. Signing up for coaching was one of the best decisions this year! I am happy, and, most importantly, now I have more money.

Aggression (ad + gradi – “to move towards something”) is one of the basic driving emotions, behind which there is always a need. A person is always more than he knows about himself. We are in the vast immensity of the world, and as limited as our body is, so unlimited is the power of our consciousness and thought. Everything exists simultaneously as a single (the image of the whole world) and as a separate (its details). In […]
