Psychology of Money — Professional Development Training Programme

Date: 01.01.2026 — 01.01.2027

A six-seminar online training programme for psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, HR specialists, and consultants

About the Programme

Created by Tetiana Yevtushok, author of Money Healing, The Psychology of Money Programme is a structured educational journey consisting of six online theoretical-practical seminars.

It explores the phenomenon of money at the intersection of:

  • business psychology

  • Gestalt Therapy

  • coaching

  • neuropsychology

  • behavioural economics

  • philosophy, literature, and art

This programme examines money as a relational phenomenon—an essential element of human contact with others, society, culture, and the field.
It continues the Gestalt tradition of studying lived experience, expanding the possibilities of contemporary psychological counselling and professional development.

Who This Programme Is For

This programme is designed for:

  • psychologists & psychotherapists

  • coaches & facilitators

  • HR/organizational development specialists

  • consultants working with money-related, professional, or career issues

  • specialists who want to deepen their understanding of financial behaviour, relational dynamics, and emotional processes connected to earning and self-realisation

Key Questions We Explore

  • What is money as a psychological and relational phenomenon?

  • How do we learn to earn, manage, create, and enjoy money?

  • What internal meaning and value does money hold for you?

  • How does money appear in your relationships—with loved ones, family systems, clients, colleagues, and institutions?

  • Which behavioural patterns and scenarios shape your interaction with money?

  • What stands between you and financial freedom, and what would freedom look like for you?

What You Will Work On

Because the topic of money is emotionally charged, each seminar includes experiential, person-centred practices drawn from Gestalt therapy, business psychology, and coaching.

Participants will:

  • transform internal tension and anxiety connected with money

  • develop awareness of authentic needs, desires, and their relationship to earning and professional growth

  • explore how money influences relational patterns in personal and professional spheres

  • discover new possibilities for earning and self-realisation

  • work through limiting beliefs, negative assumptions, and inherited financial scenarios

  • develop financial emotional intelligence and emotional regulation

  • understand their own decision-making system related to money and work

  • learn to resolve internal and interpersonal financial conflicts

  • develop a grounded approach to money management and goal-setting

  • increase financial resilience and address money-related trauma

  • study typologies of financial behaviour and their psychological roots

  • understand the psychology of sales, positioning, and interaction with clients

Every seminar includes:

  • individual inquiries

  • group processes

  • theoretical explanations

  • applied integrative practices

  • reflective exercises

Through this combination of theory and practice, participants not only understand the psychology of money but also integrate deep personal experience, which profoundly enriches their professional work.

Past participants report significant shifts in earning capacity, clarity, confidence, relational patterns, and long-lasting positive change.
