The course aims to give you integrative therapeutic tools and programs that can help you to become more connected, regulated and resilient via non-invasive, vagus nerve stimulation. Preliminary Research Results:

– 61% of clients who completed the filtered music therapy course transitioned to a non-clinical level of anxiety.

– Depressive symptoms decreased by 39%.

– 63% no longer meet the criteria for PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

Participants who completed the previous course reported overall improvements in mood and emotional state, a sense of resilience in stressful situations, better relationships, improved sleep, enhanced creativity, relief from pain symptoms and tachycardia, reduced levels of anxiety and depression, relaxation of chronically tense muscles, increased mindfulness in information consumption, and greater attention to their own needs.

“I entered with a request for muscle relaxation, particularly in my face, and posture alignment. Interestingly, I never specifically mentioned posture in the sessions, yet it has indeed changed! I now carry myself with the confidence of a relaxed woman. I noticed changes as early as the first week of listening; I could feel my jaw muscles initially relaxing during the sessions, and eventually staying relaxed without the need for tension. By the second week, I noticed an improvement in my skin; it became soft instead of its innate dryness, and at the same time, I noticed others starting to show care towards me! This was unexpected for me, as I have always been a fighter since childhood, constantly expecting and preemptively defending against blows. My nervous system was always activated for a fight or flight response! By the third week, I could already distinguish real danger from unnecessary worry. By the fourth week, I dreamt of awakening my sexuality. The waking action of my awakened sexuality continued to manifest. My husband completely changed his behavior towards me, becoming attentive, caring, and gentle. I felt that he cherished every moment spent with me. He even said, ‘Don’t go anywhere, I want you to stay with me a little longer!’ By the fifth week, I noticed how easily I could switch between different states! I was at a resort, and in the morning, I had to urgently address some work issues over the phone. I fully engaged in the process, had the necessary discussions, even raised my voice at times, but after resolving the issues in just a minute, I returned to a state of calm and relaxation. In other words, I felt fully present and engaged. When I needed to be active, I was, and when activity was unnecessary, I was completely relaxed! I expected very little from the course, but received a hundred times more! Thank you for your knowledge, experience, and love for people!”

“I want to share my feedback, but I want to note that the deep process is only just beginning! I’m still assimilating and reprocessing what happened to us over these six weeks. First and foremost, it’s the connection with my true self, despite the fear of war and all the resulting difficult background processes (victimhood, feeling ‘out of time,’ devaluation, and guilt not for my ‘sins’). The collective unconscious was stronger than me, but now it’s hard to invite me into destructive programs from that state. And that’s a fact. I’m aware of everything, I see and feel it all. And I either accept the invitation or decline it. The power to make a conscious choice. Second, an extremely high level of purification (in the first weeks of listening, when traumas, memories, blocked experiences, and states resurfaced), and as a result, the release of pure creative energy. I’ve now returned to all my sincere and ambitious dreams and plans that I restrained and ignored. Moreover, every day something interesting is born and takes shape in each of my projects, and it’s something that will be of great benefit here and now, in the conditions in which I live and work. Third, a state of happiness, joy, and pleasure for no reason, in the moment. A subtle yet powerful sense of connection with the Creator. And from there, the appropriate attitude towards my surroundings, projects, learning, and the process of life creation. Many thanks for the course! I want more.”

“I’m still assimilating everything. I want to say thank you again for our space, Tanya, for your knowledge, and for the effort put into your project. For the first time, I spent what seemed like a significant amount of money without analyzing for a long time why, what for, and what would come out of it. I experienced immense pleasure entering the program, listening to music every day. It was great to feel myself, my desires, and my body. How my body transmitted pain and lightness. How my head showed anger and rage one moment, and then infinite happiness like a kidney on a tree, starting to bloom, the next. Our states, in which we can be at different moments in life, were recorded in me in a very interesting way; if during the first meeting it was some kind of theory, during the last session, in a practical exercise, I could clearly feel all the experiences that happen to me at one time or another. Right now, I clearly take for myself that I don’t want to get tired mentally and physically, that is, to do something to the point of exhaustion; I want to learn and am learning to stop, to take a pause for myself. I want to delight myself and search for that joyful and inspiring creativity and life, bright and colorful. I want to be tender, soft, and loving. All the warmth in me has awakened, and I hope for some kind of harmony among these warm, tender, airy feelings.”

 

This course is for:

– Anyone interested in exploring their own states of autonomic nervous system activation, training the flexibility to transition between different states, and learning skills for their regulation through work with the vagus nerve.

– Therapists who want to learn co-regulation techniques to help clients deal with stress more effectively.

– Parents of children with special needs, who will not only be able to regulate their own autonomous stress response but also help their children through co-regulation skills in relationships and listening to filtered therapeutic music with vagus nerve activation.

 

To participate in the course, you will need to:

– Attend all 6 online meetings (access via Zoom should be from a laptop/tablet/computer, not a phone).
– Dedicate 30 minutes per day to listening to music protocols independently at home for 5 weeks (each participant will receive personal access to an application with therapeutic music protocols, which should be installed on your phone).
– Have headphones that go over the ears (not earbuds, but full-sized ones!).
